About G&A Construction

Gilberto and the crew

Gilberto Perez Carrillo started G&A Construction & Home Improvement LLC in 2017 after years framing houses for other builders. The crew brings more than 45 years of combined carpentry experience.

We’re a licensed Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor (DCFR #697, DCQ #031300085) and fully insured. Our crew speaks English and Spanish. Hablamos español.

Most of our work comes from people who’ve seen it: homeowners who hire us again for their basement, and electricians and HVAC contractors who see our frames on other jobs and pass our name along.

What we care about

• Doing it right underneath. Framing gets covered up. We build it like it won’t be.
• Showing up when we said. Your schedule depends on us, and so do the trades after us.
• Talking things through. We discuss obstacles before we start, not after.
• Leaving a clean site. Every day, not just the last day.
• Covered. Licensed and insured, so you’re protected while we’re on your property.
