Can you frame a basement around existing ductwork?
Yes. Soffits and bulkheads around ducts, beams and plumbing are a normal part of basement framing. We plan them with you first.
Can you add on to an older home?
Yes. We tie additions into existing floors, walls and rooflines, and we account for older framing that isn’t perfectly square.
Do you replace old decks?
Yes. We tear out the old deck, pour new footings and build a new frame with wood or composite decking.
